Varup Digital Solutions Private Limited (“VDS” “Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. VDS does not rent or sell your Personal Information. We don't share your Personal Information with anyone except to comply with the law, to provide a service you have requested, to protect our rights, or as provided in this Privacy Policy. We don't store Personal Information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our Services.

Some features of the Services allow you to provide content to the Services, such as images, videos, written content and any other content for the creation of virtual showroom, collections, seller profile page, products, written comments and more. All content submitted by you to the Services may be retained by us indefinitely, even after you terminate your account, unless the content contains Personal Information, in which case you can request that the content be provided to you and/or deleted. When you interact with our Service through various social media, such as when you login through Facebook, or share Company content on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram or other sites, we may receive information from the social network including your profile information, profile picture, gender, user name, user ID associated with your social media account, age range, language, country, friends list, and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. VDS may use analytic tools or services to view aggregate statistics about the usage of the Services. Some of this information is derived from Personal Information. This statistical information is not Personal Information and cannot be tied back to you, your Account or your web browser. IP Addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. IP addresses may be used for various purposes, including: To diagnose or service technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP. To tailor advertising based on geographic area or other information derived from your IP address. Aggregate information derived from IP addresses may also be reported to advertisers. To estimate the total number of users visiting the Services from specific geographical regions.

User profile information including your username and other information you enter may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Services.

SELLER’S DATA

In providing our Service, sellers or we on behalf of the seller may upload data to our website, which may include personal information. Sellers may upload product information, product images, product technical details, other business information of the seller, other content and images and/or data about customers (Buyers) of these sellers. All of which we call as “Seller’s Data”. Seller’s Data is owned by the seller and it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that the data they provide is owned by them and is free of any royalties.

As a service provider, we collect and process Seller's Data on behalf of the sellers, in accordance with our agreements and Terms & Conditions. We may publicly display this data as part of our services, which includes images, videos, written content, and other relevant information, for display on virtual showrooms, collections, seller profile pages, and product pages.

CONTROL OVER INFORMATION AND ACCOUNT

From time to time, we may send you emails regarding updates to our websites, products or services, notices about our organization, or information about products/services we offer (or promotional offers from third parties) that we think may be of interest to you. If you wish to unsubscribe from such emails, simply click the “unsubscribe link” from your My Account. Note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain Service-related email communications (e.g., account verification, confirmations of transactions, etc.

You have the ability to modify or delete your Account at any time. You can edit and change other Account information at any time. You can delete your Account at any time from your Account page; however, please note that your identification and contact information may remain in our records for some period.  If you have any questions about modifying or updating any information in your account, please contact us at the email or postal address provided below.

With regards to any business or any other information, which you wish to remove from the website, you may contact us and we will remove the same.

DATA SECURITY

Your Account information is password-protected. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your Account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your Account. The company’s obligations with respect to Customer/user Data are defined in our agreements with our customers and are not included in this Privacy Policy. Each customer/user will remain responsible for the privacy and security of the Customer Data that it collects and processes and for compliance with applicable data protection laws that may apply to the collection, processing and disclosure of Customer Data through the Service.

WHAT INFORMATION OF MINE CAN I ACCESS?

If you are a registered user, you can access information associated with your Account by logging into the Services. Registered and unregistered users can access and delete cookies through their web browser settings.
